The thing about performance, even if it’s only an illusion, is that it is a celebration of the fact that we do contain within ourselves infinite possibilities

Performance Learning uses Theatre Making as an exciting approach for learners to take part in meaningful cross curricular activities.
Within Performance Learning learners work intensively with professional performers, writers, directors, designers and creative practitioners to either:
- Create a new piece of professional theatre or
- Take an existing text and consider new ways of staging it.
Educators know that the best learning takes place when learners are fully engaged, having fun, taking risks and making mistakes. Performance Learning means we have the freedom to play, to explore, to slip-up, and to try and try again.
All Performance Learning Programmes end with a full professional production of the work created. Learners are full partners in the development of the work and they have the freedom to explore all of the ways that they want to communicate their collective vision of the play to the audience. So, there is a real and valuable reason for them to take part in this exciting creative process.
So if you want your learners to take part in a high value, high risk experience that will unlock their creative and critical thinking processes then contact us to find out how we can work together.
